Is your Website secure?The security of our website and our customers is our top priority. We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized disclosure, use, alteration and destruction of the personal information in our possession. Any information you transmit on the shoptarctica.com is processed by an industry-standard data encryption system.
Do you share customer information with other companies?
We only share our customer information where necessary to process an order. For example, we share your address with our warehouse and order processing team so we can post your purchase. We do not share your payment details.
Do you ship worldwide?
We provide worldwide shipping to our customers, except countries that are under sanctions or where we rate high risk of eCommerce frauds. We will contact you incase we are unable to process your order and your money if will refunded.
What is the shipping cost?
Our shipping is mostly free in countries where we maintain our stocks. We have partnerships in other countries and can delivery for free or very low cost. If there are shipping costs with your purchase then we will list them clearly on the checkout page.
How long will it take my order to ship?
We process your orders between 24~48 hours. 50% of our deliveries are done in 7 days and 90% within 21 days. All shipping time excludes clearance/customs delays.
How can I track my order?
Once an order has been processed, Tracking Number usually takes 3~5 business days to be generated and we will send it to you via the shipping confirmation email.
I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?
Express shipping can be expensive, in some cases more than your purchase. If you like to use this option, please contact us straight away after placing your order and we can advise you on the cost. Please note; once we have shipped your order, we will not be able to change it.

How do I place my order?
Please order online: Ordering at shoptarctica.com is fast, safe, easy and you can do it 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After you’ve added items to your Shopping Cart, just follow the simple checkout instructions and we’ll process your order right away.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
Do I get an order confirmation?
Upon placing an order with the Shoptarctica, you will be sent a confirmation email immediately after your order has been successfully placed. We will also send you a confirmation email providing tracking information once your order is shipped. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, we request you to check your ‘bulk’ or ‘junk’ folder. How do i check the status of my order?
Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us here
What if I enter a wrong shipping address?
If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.
How do I cancel my order?
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hour upon confirmation of your order at customerservice@shoptarctica.com. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon confirmation of order will no longer be allowed and will not be entertain.
On the side note, a handling charge will be charge 10% of the product price will be charge as handling charge for item cancellation.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Items are carefully designed and packaged to withstand the rigors of travel, but sometimes damage does occur en route. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage or if any product is defective, contact us immediately.
In order to process your claim, please send us low-resolution digital photos including one photo of the box that the item shipped in, to customerservice@shoptarctica.com - Make sure to keep all of the original packing material! We will work with you to ensure your item(s) are repaired or replaced in a timely manner at no extra cost to you.
Is there a warranty on your products?
All products are covered by the warranty policies of their respective manufacturers. If you have questions about the warranty for a specific product, or if you have questions on how to make a warranty claim, please contact us.
